The Kansas City Chiefs take the next step in preparing for their 2023 title defense by traveling to Louisiana to face the New Orleans Saints in preseason’s Week 1.

The Saints took the short opening kickoff to the 35-yard line, with a holding call backing them up 10 yards to the 25.
The Saints’ starting offense got going right out of the gate. A big run by running back Alvin Kamara gained 13, then safety Justin Reid was beat by a New Orleans tight end for a chains-moving completion.
